Thanks for visiting our site! At this time, all of our group units with four or more bedrooms are leased or pending a lease signing. Occasionally, group plans change, so if you are seeking a unit of this size, we encourage you to reach out. While we cannot maintain waitlists or hold units, we are happy to have your contact information should something become available. We support the City of Ann Arbor’s changes to the leasing timeline, which aim to better meet the needs of tenants (thank you, GEO and CSG!). In the spirit of equity and fairness, we do not sign prospective residents to waitlists, “first right to lease” agreements, or accept holding deposits. We believe these practices, while common, violate the spirit of the Early Lease Signing ordinance, accelerate the leasing timeline, increase pressure on students, and disproportionately benefit those with greater financial privilege. We encourage prospective residents to seek out landlords and management companies that are fully compliant with both the letter and spirit of the ordinance. For the 2026–27 leasing year, we will begin showing units and signing leases as follows: Fall leases (studios through 3-bedroom units only): We will begin accepting email contact on March 18, 2026, in order to begin showing units and signing leases on March 22, 2026. To promote equity in the leasing process, we will accept email inquiries only during the five days prior to the start of showings. Inquiries will be randomized, and we will reach out over the following weeks to schedule showings. For safety and privacy reasons, all showings must be scheduled with us, so please do not knock on our tenants’ doors. Any smaller units that become available outside of this process (for example, through a lease takeover) may be listed on this page. We believe it is important to set clear expectations. While we would love to house everyone who is interested, demand in Ann Arbor is consistently high, and reaching out early does not guarantee a unit. We appreciate your understanding, look forward to hearing from you when contact opens, and wish you the best in your leasing process.
