New Resident Condition/ Inventory form

For the existing physical condition of the unit and furnishings

Resident(s): Please complete this form noting the condition and inventory of your unit within 7 days of taking possession. If you are part of a group, only one resident needs to fill this out.

This form is intended to identify existing damage that could be attributed to a resident. This protects you from being charged for damage that already exists. These are older houses and have some normal blemishes that wouldn’t be considered resident damage, but you are welcome to mark anything you feel is important to document, especially items that could possibly be considered resident caused damages.

At the bottom of each room page there is an opportunity to submit maintenance requests as well as pictures of any existing damage. Throughout your lease period, please just email us at wessingerproperties@gmail.com with maintenance requests.
