Thanks for visiting our site! For the 2026-27 year, we are fully leased for both our group units, on May leases, and our smaller units, on fall leases, at this time. We support that the City of Ann Arbor has changed the leasing timeline to better meet the need of tenants (good work GEO and CSG!). In the spirit of equity and fairness we DO NOT sign prospective residents to waitlists, ‘first right to lease’ agreements, or take holding deposits. We strongly feel that this practice, while common, is a violation of the spirit of the Early Lease Signing ordinance, speeds up the timeline, initiates the pressure on students, and benefits students with financial privilege. We encourage prospective residents to seek out landlords and management companies who are in full compliance with the letter and spirit of the ordinance. Any units available outside of our typical timeline, or listings for lease takeovers, will be posted here. All showings must be scheduled with us, so for safety and privacy reasons, please do not knock on our residents’ doors. We feel it is important to keep prospective residents informed and set reasonable expectations, so we share with you that while we would love to house everyone who is interested, demand is always high in Ann Arbor. Please keep an eye on this page for 2027-28 timelines and when we will begin to accept contact for our units.
