If you are interested in touring a property, please call us first to set-up a showing as we have instructed our residents not to allow people in to tour their units. We do this out of respect for our residents’ privacy as well as safety. We look forward to hearing from you.

Maintenance issues:

  • General maintenance requests. Please just email us at wessingerproperties@gmail.com.
  • In the event of a fire, police, or medical emergency, call 911 first, then us.
  • Urgent building issues- flooding, major power failure, lockouts, etc.- please call Wessinger Properties first at the numbers listed below. There will be instructions for contacting an on call maintenance person if Nick isn’t available.
