At this time, all of our units are leased for the 2025-26 academic year. Occasionally, units are available outside of this timeline and will be posted here or advertised on other sites.
We support that the City of Ann Arbor has changed the leasing timeline to better meet the need of tenants (good work GEO and CSG!). In the spirit of equity and fairness we DO NOT sign prospective residents to waitlists, ‘first right to lease’ agreements, or take holding deposits. We strongly feel that this practice, while common, is a violation of the spirit of the Early Lease Signing ordinance, speeds up the timeline, initiates the pressure on students, and benefits students with financial privilege. We encourage prospective residents to seek out landlords and management companies who are in full compliance with the letter and spirit of the ordinance.
For 2026-27 we will begin ‘showing’ units and signing leases as follows:
For May leases (3+ people) – we will begin accepting email contact beginning November 28, 2025 for in order to begin showing and signing on December 3, 2025. Please have only ONE member from your group email us on that day and include the number of people in your group.
For Fall leases (apartments with 3 people or less) – March 2026
In order to increase equity in the leasing process, we will begin accepting email contact only five days prior to the date we can start showing. We will randomize responses and reach out to schedule showings in the following weeks. All showings must be scheduled with us, so for safety and privacy reasons, please do not knock on our tenants’ doors.
Any units that are available outside of the timelines above (ie for a lease takeover) will be listed here on this page.
We feel it is important to keep prospective tenants informed and set reasonable expectations, so we share with you that while we would love to house everyone who is interested, demand is always high in Ann Arbor, so there is no guarantee of a unit even if you email first thing on day five.
