We are not leasing for 2025-26 and will not be for some time. Our larger units (3+ bedrooms), on May leases, will be leased in early December. Our smaller units (studio-3 bedroom), on fall leases, will be leased in later March. You can keep an eye on this webpage for updates to a specific timeline.In order to increase equity in the leasing process, we will begin accepting email contact only five days prior to the date we start leasing. All showings must be scheduled directly with us, so for safety and privacy reasons, please DO NOT knock on our tenants’ doors. We support that the City of Ann Arbor has changed the leasing timeline to better meet the need of tenants (good work GEO and CSG!). In the spirit of equity and fairness we DO NOT sign prospective residents to waitlists, ‘first right to lease’ agreements, or take holding deposits. We strongly feel that this practice, while common, is a violation of the spirit of the Early Lease Signing ordinance, speeds up the timeline, initiates the pressure on students, and benefits students with financial privilege. We encourage prospective residents to seek out landlords and management companies who are in full compliance with the letter and spirit of the ordinance. We feel it is important to keep prospective tenants informed and set reasonable expectations, so we share with you that while we would love to house everyone who is interested, demand is always high in Ann Arbor, so there is no guarantee of a unit even if you email first thing five days before we begin leasing.
